Yoga on the Green

Join us at 8:00am for Yoga on the Green with Shobha Saraiya! (Bring your own mat)

Benefits of practicing yoga include:

  • Improved muscle tone, flexibility, strength and stamina.

  • Reduced stress and tension.

  • Boosts to self esteem.

  • Improved concentration and creativity.

  • Creating sense of well being and calm.

Shobha says,
”I teach to share the amazing benefits of yoga with others. I feel very strongly that in this confused, chaotic time we all need to be able to find balance. Yoga gives us a way to feel a sense of well-being and teaches us to access inner peace, which creates that balance. It is also a wonderful way to have a healthy, strong, flexible body, allowing us to function better in our lives. Yoga has been a great gift in my life, and it is a joyful experience to share it with others.”

WWFM gives me access to fresh, organic foods and pasture-raised meats. I seek ingredients more than prepared foods, but I do try and support the visiting vendors or the specialty bakeries.

Become A Volunteer

We love connecting with our community! Volunteers can lead demonstrations, help out at special events, engage with our younger customers in the kids’ tent, and contribute in a multitude of other ways. If you’d like to help, we’d like to talk.
