We actively solicit musician applications in January and February to set the season’s calendar, but applications for mid-season subs and future seasons are always welcome! If you think your music would be a good fit for our market, we’d love to hear from you.

Jaclyn Brown is a singer-songwriter originally from Nashville, now proud to make her home in North Carolina’s Triangle region. Jaclyn’s songs have been featured on the Hot Girl Diet Mix CD and most recently in the documentary FAT. Jaclyn enjoys all styles of music. Her favorite songs are “Yesterday” by Paul McCartney and whatever she wrote this morning. Her newest album of original material, Paper Doll, is available here at the Market, and anywhere music is sold.
For more than 20 plus years, Bella G has performed as a songwriter, singer, and pianist. Her songs and vocal work easily flow across genres, reflecting her training and her many musical influences. Her classical piano training underscores her original songs, a fusion of classic love ballads and contemporary pop hits. In addition to her original songs, Bella G places her unique musical stamp on well-known cover songs across the genres and the decades-always with lyrical themes that capture young and old audiences alike. Her most recent compositions reflect her current artistic and creative season of life, where secular and worship music collide in a creative embrace, with catchy uplifting songs like “Jump in the Water” released in May of 2023, the power house ballad “Remember” released on January.1, 2024, and now the most recently added new song to add to her discography titled, “Better Than Me” released November of 2024 now available for purchase on all online platforms.
Becky King is a versatile vocalist/guitarist who specializes in performing acoustic pop and country covers from the 50’s through 90’s, as well as some bluegrass, jazz standards and originals. Her repertoire includes artists such as Linda Ronstadt, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Alanis Morissette, Patsy Cline, Ella Fitzgerald and many more.
Blumora is Bill Blau (Carrboro) and Nancy Rocamora (Durham). We have both been singers/performers all our lives. As vocalists, we specialize in well-blended harmonies incorporating music from multiple genres, including folk, roots, Americana, pop and country. Bill accompanies on guitar, mandolin and electronic foot percussion, and Nancy plays guitar as well.
Carlson's Conservatory is a Morrisville-based music school that teaches piano, guitar, violin, viola, and cello. Carlson's Conservatory students perform wide ranges of music from classical to 70s hits to ragtime!
The Cover Society are a Blues, Rock and more cover duo from Fayetteville, NC. Rachel Waters (originally from Boston, MA) is on Vocals and percussion and Denis Leone (originally from Queens/Brooklyn, NY) on Guitar and Vocals. The band formed in 2023 with a vast collection of popular Blues and Rock songs from many of the greats! In 2024 we’ve been booked solid playing over 50 shows everywhere between Raleigh and Myrtle Beach! We aim to entertain, get your toes tapping and be the musical highlight of your week! Our influences range from blues legends to Rock n Roll icons of yesterday and today with a mix of pop and country.
The Eclectix's Hal Mekeel and Bonnie Burroughs blend their voices with Hal's guitar to play a wide variety of music. Bonnie comes from choral traditions and Hal has spent the last 60 years playing bluegrass, rock, and folk. Their love of so many genres has led them to a very eclectic set of tunes, hence the name.
Judson & Lang is a musical collaboration between two veteran acoustic performers who combine their talents and background to offer a wide variety of live music at venues throughout the Triangle area. Judson Hair is a singer/songwriter born and raised in the two Carolinas. His original songs are soulful, sentimental musical storytelling at its best while his selected covers are representative of those great artists who have provided his inspiration. Lang Baradell from Durham is a native of Mississippi who combines soulful vocals and unique guitar stylings to create unique covers of many of your favorite pop, folk country, and blues artists.
Mark Johnston: I’m excited to be a performer for the Western Wake Farmers Market in Morrisville! My wife Shoba and I live in Apex, North Carolina with our three amazing kids. We are both music therapists, so music has always been a big part of our lives. I grew up playing band instruments, but as an adult I picked up the guitar and have enjoyed making music with it ever since! I'm looking forward to providing engaging entertainment consisting of original music and popular covers spanning the last 50 years. Please join us Saturday, August 10th for fun music and all that the Western Wake Farmers Market has to offer. You won't be disappointed!
City of Oaks Flute Ensemble was formed in January of 2024, but their youth as an ensemble has not limited their performance opportunities! The group has already played in masterclass settings for influential artists such as Nicole Chamberlain, as well as performed concerts in multiple venues across the Triangle. Members are advanced adult- amateur flutists who devote their free time to musical growth. This group does not allow their “amateur” status to limit their technical or musical talent! City of Oaks is a RAFA (Raleigh Area Flute Association) Flute Choir.
Michael Daughtry is a North Carolina singer/songwriter who brings his audiences powerful, positive rock tinged with jazz, folk, and pop. His vocal range shines in his original songs, which feature tight, driving performances as a solo acoustic act and with the backing of his band, The Drift. A gifted guitarist and pianist, Daughtry has earned accolades from a range of artists, including Luenell, Derek Trucks, John Ford Coley, and Dale Baker of Sixpence None the Richer. Daughtry has opened concerts for Jimmy Buffett and Edwin McCain, among others. Michael Melia is a singer/songwriter who draws from a folk-rock tradition in his original work. Although influenced by a wide array of artists, both musically and vocally, including Paul Simon, James Taylor, Linda Ronstadt, Carole King, Gordon Lightfoot, Peter, Paul and Mary, Joni Mitchell, his work is distinctive as are his performances of the work of other artists. Michael’s stage appearances are characterized by his unusual pairing of a folk finger-picking style to an acoustic 12-string guitar. Michael Melia released an EP titled “Waiting for Tomorrow” in October 2021. He released five singles this past year and will be releasing a full album entitled “Songs of a Younger Man” later this year. His music is available on popular music streaming platforms world-wide.
Steve Pfanenstiel was born and raised in Colorado. That’s where he developed his love of music, especially that of the ‘60s and ‘70s. He’s been playing guitar since the early ‘70s and singing even longer. He moved to Wake Forest in 2020 from New York, where he performed at such venues as Beaver Lake’s Golden Harvest Festival, the Everson Museum in Syracuse, Oswego Porch Fest and the Lafayette Apple Festival. Since moving to Wake Forest, he’s performed at the Renaissance Center’s Senior Talent Show, Wake Forest Farmers’ Market, the Villas, the Wake Forest Christmas Home Tours, and Del Webb at Traditions.
Tom Del Corro retired in January 2018 after 30 years at WakeMed Health & Hospitals in Raleigh as a professional healthcare provider. He decided to play live acoustic music in his retirement, so he now performs all around Raleigh and eastern North & South Carolina both as a soloist and as a duo "2 Under Par" with percussionist, Lee Hines. He currently resides in Wake Forest with his wife, Debbie, and his dog, Toby. He is a proud U.S. Navy Veteran and raises money through his music for the Wounded Warriors Project and other U.S. Military Veterans causes.
Vito Dito is a singer-songwriter from Durham who offers a fresh take on traditional blues, standards and pop songs. He learned fingerstyle blues from local bluesman Slewfoot in the late 1980's and has been performing ever since. In 2022, Vito Dito released Living Earth, a 4-song EP of original songs celebrating the natural world.
Singer/songwriter William Woltz is a North Carolina native who covers a lot of musical territory. He grew up loving both the Beatles and Buck Owens while studying jazz and classical guitar. These days he plays a mix of bluesy originals and interesting cover tunes, always striving for the right blend of old favorites and unexpected treasures. Come prepared to be entertained.
