DJ's Pickles was founded in 2021 by Chef Don Paleno, an avid pickle enthusiast and flavor specialist. Heather Bauer, CEO, began her brine time as a customer who fell in love with the basil balsamic beets. Combined they have over 40 years experience in food and beverage. Together they produce small-batch pickles inspired by the rich agricultural region of WNC. Both are committed to reducing food waste, using fresh ingredients, and dill-ivering quality pickles to pickle lovers of all backgrounds!
