September 13: Michael Melia
Michael Melia is a singer/songwriter who draws from a folk-rock tradition in his original work. Although influenced by a wide array of artists, both musically and vocally, including Paul Simon, James Taylor, Linda Ronstadt, Carole King, Gordon Lightfoot, Peter, Paul and Mary, Joni Mitchell, his work is distinctive as are his performances of the work of other artists. Michael’s stage appearances are characterized by his unusual pairing of a folk finger-picking style to an acoustic 12-string guitar. Michael Melia released an EP titled “Waiting for Tomorrow” in October 2021. He released five singles this past year and will be releasing a full album entitled “Songs of a Younger Man” later this year. His music is available on popular music streaming platforms world-wide.

“Great market with great vendors. I consistently come and shop early in the morning to get what I need for the next week. The vendors are awesome and I love to shop local and support local farmers.”
